How we use data

We use enquiry data to respond to you, prepare proposals, and keep records of business communications. We use limited technical data to operate and secure the site. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, we process data for legitimate business communications you initiate, for contract preparation when you request a proposal, and where required by law.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal obligation. Engagement files follow retention set in the letter of engagement.

Sharing

We may use trusted hosting and email providers to operate the site and communications. They process data only on our instructions. We disclose data if required by Hong Kong law or to protect our rights.
